The Fresno Fair

James has Mondays off so we decided to beat the crowds and go to the "Big, Big Fresno Fair". We forgot that it was Columbus day and it seemed like everyone had the day off. It was packed! We spent about 5 1/2 hours there. We looked at all the exhibits and fair booths. We were able to watch a sheep give birth. I thought that was so interesting. Last year at the Bakersfield Fair, my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I watched a cow give birth. It seemed so awkward and gross. The sheep, on the other hand, made it look so natural and almost eloquent (if that's possible). We also watched a horse race.

I had no idea there was a horse racing track in Fresno, not that I am interested in it at all. By the end of the day we were too exhausted to play any games or ride the rides, which was fine because I didn't want to spend $3-$5 per ride. I was able to get two different pictures for my photography projects with repetition. I think I will tun in the one with the green oranges.
