James' board game debut
Anyone who knows James, knows that he is very talented (in every area he attempts). He also has a very creative mind. He is constantly amazing me with his brilliant ideas. He has a whole notebook full of ideas for books, businesses, and now games. Two weeks ago, while watching tv, he came up with 3 wonderful board game ideas. He decided to make a prototype of one of the games and have some people over to test it out. He thought for a whole week to come up with all the rules and logistics of the game and then for the next week we made all the pieces. On friday night, we had a few friends over to play it and offer their constructive criticism. Overall, it was a success. There are a few things he is going to change to make the game play go faster. Here is a picture of the game:
These are the cards for the game.

I made cupcakes for dessert. They were originally going to have mini chocolate taxis on them to go along with the game, but since I am artistically challenged I went with easy Halloween sprinkles. The cupcakes had a surprise inside. I put a candy in the middle of each one, either a Rollo, Reese's, or Hershey kiss.
